Hello Sahil,

It’s possible that your wife’s fatigue and dizziness could be related to her borderline thyroid levels, but there could be other factors like nutrient deficiencies (iron, vitamin D, B12), lifestyle, or stress.

Here are some suggestions:

  1. Tests: Consider getting blood tests for thyroid function (TSH, T3, T4), complete blood count (CBC), vitamin D, B12, and iron levels.
  2. Lifestyle Changes: Encourage a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and adequate sleep.
  3. Consult a Doctor: It’s best to consult a physician for a complete evaluation. They may recommend appropriate supplements or adjustments to her thyroid management if needed.
