Hi Revanth,

It's completely normal to have concerns about your foreskin retraction, especially if you haven’t tried it before. At the age of 25, if you're unable to comfortably retract your foreskin, it could be due to a condition known as phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis.

Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Gentle Stretching: You can try gently stretching the foreskin daily. After a warm bath, when the skin is more pliable, try to gently pull it back, but avoid forcing it as this can cause pain or injury.

  2. Consult a Doctor: If the foreskin doesn’t retract after some time or causes discomfort, it’s a good idea to consult a urologist. They can assess if any treatment is necessary. Treatments for phimosis range from topical creams to minor surgical options like circumcision or preputioplasty.

  3. Hygiene: It’s important to clean the area regularly, but be cautious if the foreskin isn’t fully retracting.

Remember, seeking advice from a healthcare professional can help you understand the best option for your situation. If you have any discomfort or pain, don’t hesitate to get it checked.

If you need help finding a specialist or have further questions, you can use the 'Doctor Consultation' option on the HexaHealth app.

Take care!
