To get Ayushman Bharat card online, follow the steps below:

1. Visit the PMJAY official government website.
2. Click the ‘Am I Eligible?‘ tab when you locate it.
3. Enter your mobile number and the CAPTCHA code
4. Click on the button ‘Generate OTP’
5. Enter the OTP, click on the check box Terms and Conditions and Submit
6. Enter your State and select the search category: By name, HHD Number, Ration Card Number or Mobile Number.
7. Enter the requested details and click Search
8. Your name will appear if you are eligible.
