Apne shehar mein empanelled hospitals dekhne ke steps:

  1. Ayushman Bharat ki official website par jaayein: https://hospitals.pmjay.gov.in

  2. "Find Hospitals" section mein apna State aur District select karein.

  3. "Speciality" ya "Hospital Type" agar chaahein to select kar sakte hain (optional).

  4. "Search" button par click karein.

  5. Aapke shehar ke sabhi Ayushman empanelled hospitals ki list aa jaayegi.

Snake bite ek medical emergency hai. Jaldi aur sahi upchar se jaan bachai ja sakti hai. Yahan kuch important steps hain:

🔹 Snake Bite ke Turant Baad Kya Karna Chahiye:

  • Victim ko shaant rakhna — ghabrahat se zehar tezi se fail sakta hai.

  • Kaatne wale hisse ko kam se kam hilana — movement se zehar zyada phail sakta hai.

  • Kaatne wale hisse ko dil ke level se neeche rakhna.

  • Turant hospital le jaana — antivenom (zeher ke viruddh injection) sirf hospital mein milta hai.

  • Tight bandage ya tourniquet mat lagaiye bina doctor ke salah ke.

  • Kaatne wale area ko kaatna, choosna ya jalana nahi chahiye.

🔹 Hospital mein Upchar:

  • Antivenom Injection: Yeh zehar ko neutralize karta hai. Doctor ka assessment zaroori hai ki kitna antivenom chahiye.
