Hello Sintu Ji,
Is the patient hospitalised? The current medical status suggests admission and treatment
I want a medical fitness certificate from CMOH Howrah District Hospital for my appointment in Central Govt
Dear Amit,
Thank you for reaching out to the HexaHealth community. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with obtaining a medical fitness certificate from a government professional, such as the CMOH at Howrah District Hospital. We recommend visiting the hospital directly or contacting their administration for guidance on the process.
If you need any other medical assistance, feel free to reach out.
Hi, I am having tinnitus in my left ear, along with hearing loss in my left ear . its been 2 year,i have gone through MRI, it came normal. but still the same, is there is permanent solution?
Dear Deepak Ji,
Tinnitus and hearing loss persisting for two years require a detailed evaluation to determine the underlying cause and best management approach. Since your MRI was normal, we need to assess other factors.
Additional Information Needed:
Possible Causes & Treatment Options:
1️⃣ Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SNHL):
2️⃣ Meniere’s Disease (if dizziness is present):
3️⃣ Tinnitus Management:
We recommend consulting an ENT specialist or audiologist for a complete hearing evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Let us know if you need assistance in scheduling an expert consultation.
I am suffering from multiplbody parts pain. kindly suggest me the treatment
Hello,
Pain in multiple body parts can have various causes, including muscle strain, arthritis, nerve issues, infections, or underlying conditions like vitamin deficiencies.
Suggested Steps:
🔹 Identify Patterns – When did the pain start? Is it constant or comes and goes? Any swelling, stiffness, or weakness?
🔹 Check for Triggers – Recent physical activity, stress, or infections?
🔹 Lifestyle & Nutrition – Ensure proper hydration, a balanced diet, and adequate rest. Vitamin D & B12 deficiencies can contribute to widespread pain.
🔹 Pain Management – Try gentle stretching, warm compresses, and mild pain relievers (if advised by a doctor).
Next Steps:
If the pain persists for more than two weeks, worsens, or affects daily life, a consultation with a general physician, orthopaedic surgeon, or rheumatologist is recommended. Based on your symptoms, they may suggest blood tests, imaging, or physiotherapy.
