While there were aspects of our experience that were satisfactory, there were several areas that require urgent improvement to enhance patient care and maintain hygiene standards. Patient Tag Mismatch: There was a serious issue of the patient tag being mismatched and linked to another patient’s details. This is a critical error and raises concerns about record management and patient safety. Nursing Staff: The duty nurses during the morning and afternoon shifts for the first two days were not helpful. They failed to provide essential briefings on medications, instructions, and care protocols for the patient. However, the night nursing staff was very supportive and displayed a professional and caring attitude, which was a great relief. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the ward was disappointing. Tables and chairs were dusty, and the ward itself had visible foreign particles. The restrooms were not cleaned for the first two days, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Doctor's Care: The attending doctor was excellent—knowledgeable, approachable, and patient-centric. Their demeanor and expertise were reassuring and greatly appreciated. Ward Helpers: The ward helpers were outstanding. They were attentive, understanding, and proactive in addressing our concerns, ensuring that the patient’s needs were met. Suggestions for Improvement: Ensure proper tagging and verification processes to prevent patient record mismatches. Provide adequate training and supervision for morning and afternoon nursing staff to maintain consistency in care and communication. Prioritize cleanliness in all areas of the hospital, particularly wards and restrooms. Recognize and maintain the positive contributions of the night nursing staff, doctor, and ward helpers. We hope these concerns are addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future patients.

Very happy with the friendly nature of doctore
