Write a ReviewMy wife was admitted to Thakral Hospital and Fertility Centre for her delivery, and the entire journey was beautifully managed. From admission to discharge, every process was quick and structured. The nursing staff kept checking on her throughout the night, which gave our family a lot of comfort.
From the reception to the labour room and then to the ward, everything was perfectly coordinated. We never felt lost or confused about what to do next, which is something every patient family hopes for.
We visited for my mother’s surgery and were honestly nervous, but the warmth of the staff changed everything. The ward boys, nurses and front desk team were always ready to help without being asked twice. It never felt like a typical hospital environment.
We had to rush late at night due to severe abdominal pain, and the emergency team responded immediately. The admission process was fast, investigations were done without delay and treatment started within minutes.
The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The rooms, washrooms and waiting areas were extremely well maintained. Even during visiting hours, everything remained neat and properly sanitised.
