Accord Superspeciality Hospital Dissatisfaction with the services and facilities at Accord Superspeciality Hospital. My recent experience was highly disappointing and fell far below the standards expected from a hospital of your reputation. The specific issues I encountered include: Poor Security Staff Behavior: The security personnel were unprofessional and unhelpful, which added unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. Inadequate Facilities: The facilities provided were substandard considering the high charges levied on patients. Lack of Proper Patient Attention: The response time and care provided by the staff were not up to expectations, leaving much to be desired in terms of patient welfare and comfort. Given these shortcomings, I believe there is a need for immediate improvement to ensure better patient care and service quality. Compared to other hospitals like Sarvodaya, your hospital needs to enhance its focus on patient-centric services. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response.

A patient was admitted this morning at 7 AM to the labor room due to severe pain caused by a urinary infection. However, until 3 PM, a full abdominal ultrasound had not been conducted. The responsibility lies with both the labor room doctor and the ultrasound doctor, as they are blaming each other when asked by the attendant. Meanwhile, the patient continues to suffer from pain and discomfort due to holding their urine. When questioned, Dr. Subhas avoids providing direct answers, and their co-attendant, receptionist Kaushal, is indirectly ignoring the matter and appears to be biased.
