Please make sure before giving quotation, see the report check with doctor estimate the cost after that only give the quotation. As you make us to do payment before treatment so how can you ask for extra charges after the treatment.as per report and doctor there were no confusion but from your side it was not cleared for which treatment you have quated. It is unprofessional and really unconvient for patient to pay extra after treatment which was not discussed before. Hope you will give proper tr

This was worst experience we ever faced , it was mental torture and we regret like hell for choosing hexahealth service. In report it was clearly mentioned that my father has bilateral hydrocele and quotation was done as per doc and report and they said there is no any hidden charge.after surgery they said quotation was for one side and we need to pay extra 16k. And they will not give discharge if we won't pay that extra amount. How horrible this service was. I will never recommend to any one fo

The representative Rashmi was not helpful AT ALL. Did not provide any sort of information. While I myself had to regularly followup asking for preparation before surgery or Consultation itself - still no info was provided. Because of her careless and disappointing behaviour,i wanted to opt out and consult somewhere else. Just because of Aftaab who was present there,things became easier. He was really helpful & co-operative. When tried contacting the Lady multiple times, for why I wasn't informed
