Hi Cura Team (Kanapura) , With a mixed feeling I am giving the feedback . The main reason of this feedback is appreciating the good work and to improve on a very critical area. My Mom, Kajal Khasnobish was admitted in this hospital but unfortunately, she passed away after 10 days in ICU . We appreciate the care and treatment what has been done but unfortunately, she could not make it. We appreciate Dr.Sneha and Dr.Apurba along with Dr Limesh , who left no stone unturned as far treatments are concerned . However there are some areas which are pathetic from administration point of view and we feel cheated by the finance / Billing team of the Hospital . Some of the examples 1. Dr Advised to stop the Dialysis on the 9th Day , in spite of that , One extra Dialysis was given , I guess this was for making money 2. Certain Bills were charged double , in spite it was given to us with half the cost in writing in Cura’s letter head on the 6th day of the admission 3. Mom was wrapped after her death , where she was bleeding drain in the Ambulance till the cremation 4. The Billing staff of Insurance was found to be quite Rude . 5. Cura has given a discount of 15K INR against 5.35 L , which is nowhere against the money which they have billed incorrectly All the above was highlighted to the director with a hope that some action will be taken and will be informed to me but so far nothing has happened . My Advise to all , will be 1. Get treated by the Doctors of Cura but not under the administration of Cura 2. My Advice to Resident Doctors , - You all are so capable , we need you to be in a better hospital with better administration . 3. Cura is a place , where you may get a good treatment but you may end up in paying unnecessary expenses.
