Hi Saurav,

It's great to hear that your recent medical reports came back normal! However, experiencing occasional high heartbeats, especially at night, can be concerning. While anxiety can certainly be a factor contributing to elevated heart rate, it's essential not to dismiss other potential underlying causes. It might be worth discussing this symptom further with your healthcare provider if you haven't already. They can provide personalised advice and recommend additional tests or evaluations to rule out any other possible issues.

In the meantime, practising relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, or gentle exercise like yoga may help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and promote overall heart health. Take care, and don't hesitate to reach out with any more questions or concerns.
