Dear Shakeela Ji,

I understand your concern regarding dizziness, palpitations, severe headaches at night, nausea, and vomiting, especially in the context of hypothyroidism and controlled hypertension. While I can provide some general guidance, I need a few more details to assess your symptoms accurately:

  1. Duration & Onset: When did these symptoms start? Are they sudden or gradual?
  2. Severity & Pattern: Do your headaches follow a pattern? Are they worse at a particular time or position?
  3. Palpitations: Do you feel rapid, irregular, or forceful heartbeats? How long do they last?
  4. Blood Pressure & Thyroid Levels: When was your last BP and thyroid function test? Are your TSH, T3, and T4 levels within normal limits?
  5. Medications: Are you taking any thyroid or BP medications regularly? Are there any recent changes in dosage?
  6. Other Symptoms: Any blurred vision, weakness, sweating, or weight changes?
  7. Lifestyle & Triggers: Do stress, certain foods, or physical activity trigger your symptoms?
  8. Hydration & Nutrition: Are you eating and drinking adequately?

These symptoms could be due to multiple causes, including uncontrolled thyroid levels, BP fluctuations, migraine, or an underlying neurological or cardiovascular condition. It’s essential to consult a physician in person for a thorough evaluation, including blood tests and possibly an ECG or imaging if needed.

Recommendation: Please monitor your BP and heart rate during symptoms, stay hydrated, and avoid caffeine or excessive salt intake. If your symptoms worsen or persist, seek immediate medical attention.
