Doctor Gadge has treating more than 2,500 diabetes patients every month and contributed to handling numerous complex medical cases in several hospitals. He is known for his attention to accurate diagnosis and treating patients empathetically. Dr Pradeep did his graduation with MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 2000 and post graduation with Diploma in Diabetology from the College Of Physicians and Surgeons Of Mumbai in 2004. He also completed his MD in Internal Medicine from the University Of Seychelles in 2012. He has also participated in research work and various workshops under the Internal Medicine department and published many papers.

Dr Gadge is a certified speaker for the American Diabetes Association (ADA), authorised to deliver talks on "Supporting Quality Care in Diabetes Practice" at Diabetes Conferences conducted by ADA. He has been awarded by Most Promising Leader In Diabetes Care by Pharmaleaders Power Brand in 2019.
