Dr. Sumita Arora

Dr Sumita Arora is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist associated with Aastha Maternity and Laparoscopy Centre. She has 28 years of experience and has worked as an expert in different cities in India. She was previously associated with Satguru Partap Singh Apollo Hospital and Vivekananda Hospital and the Institute of Medical Sciences.

She is the only female surgeon in Lucknow who has performed around 15,000 laparoscopic surgeries, including procedures for large tumours, fibroids, the uterus, and cysts. She is known for her attention to accurate diagnosis and empathetic treatment of patients.

She was the first female surgeon to introduce laparoscopic surgery in Lucknow, which contributed significantly to its popularity in the city today.
