She has also participated in research work and various workshops under the Oncology department and published many papers. Doctor Sirohi has also received an award in the field of Medical Oncology.

She has published more than 100 papers in national and international journals and lectured worldwide. She is the immediate past editor-in-chief of Indian Journal of Medical and Paediatric Oncology. She is currently the President of the Oncology section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
