Dr P Raghu Ram is a specialist in Breast Surgery with a rich experience of 28 years currently working in KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad. He has achieved fellowships from all four Royal Colleges in British Isles - London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ireland. He is one of the youngest doctors to be conferred with ‘Padma Shri’ - one of the highest civilian awards of the land by the Hon'ble President of India for outstanding academic track record, a significant contribution towards improving breast healthcare, and unstinting efforts to promote highest standards of Surgical Education in India and implementing life transforming initiatives in his adopted village (2015).
