Dr. Vijay Chandra

Dr Vijay Chandra is a well-known Neurologist associated with Primus Super Speciality Hospital, Chanakyapuri. He has 50 years of experience in Neurology and has worked as an expert in different cities in India. He was previously associated with University of Illinois, Chicago, USA, National Institute of Neurological Diseases, Washington, USA, Centre for Ageing Research, New Delhiand World Health Organization, New Delhi.

He received many awards like the Golden Apple award for the Best Teacher from the University of Illinois, Chicago, USA in 1979 and the Princess Mental Health Award presented by Her Royal Highness, Princess Galyani Vadhana of Thailand for creating mental health services in rural and remote areas in South-East Asia in 2003.
